 for Posing Shoes & Jewelry only

You have 30 Calendar days to return an item from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, All items MUST be unused & in the same new condition that you received it. Items must be in it's original packaging & any Accessories, Labels & "Free Gifts" or bonus items as well.

 

Items not returned within the 30 Calendar days & not in their original condition plus packaging 

Will NOT be accepted & Their are no exceptions

The customer will remain responsible for the purchase of the item & the item will be immediately

shipped back to the customer.

Refunds

Once your shoes or jewelry are returned within the 30 Calendar days we will inspect it & notify you that we received your returned item.. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund. We will refund your money on your credit card (or original method of payment) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.

Shipping

We supply all customers with a return slip, this allows for a smooth return shipping of purchased products. If you are approved to receive a refund, please keep in mind with items that qualify for a refund, we charge a 10% restocking fee and it will be deducted from your refund.

 

It is the customers responsibility to use the return shipping slip provided by us. If customer chooses their own return method, then it is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.

If you have received a damaged pair of shoes or jewelry once they have arrived, please contact us Asap! and within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. at nicolecarrascofigurefitness@gmail.com

If you do not contact us within the 7 day's after your delivery, there will be no refund, credit or replacement.
